Andrew Miller, Jr. – Chairman & Executive Director
Andy Miller was born and raised in Tennessee. After graduating from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Business Management, he started a career on wall street and lived in Manhattan. After moving back to Middle Tennessee in 2000, Andy got married, started a family, and he resides with them on a farm in Williamson County. His profession is venture capital mainly focused on local companies. He has been involved in numerous political campaigns and most recently chaired “2010 Tennessee Victory Leadership Team”, the GOP’s “Get Out The Vote” effort that helped fully regain control of both houses of Tennessee’s General Assembly as well as the Governor’s Office for the Republican Party. He also is a member of the Williamson County Republican party and a member of its Chairman’s Circle.
Lou Ann Zelenik – Executive Director
Lou Ann After graduating from Vanderbilt University, School of Engineering, she went on to found L & N Construction Company, Rutherford County, TN; a small business in heavy construction, including roads and utilities. As the daughter of a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam veteran, she has long been a supporter of our military and military families, including serving as a past board member of A Soldier’s Child Birthday Foundation. Lou Ann has served on the Rutherford County Planning Commission. She has served as both Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Rutherford County Republican Party, and was an organizer for the Tea Parties in Rutherford County. In 2010, she was awarded the Conservative of the Year by the National Fiscal Conservative PAC and in 2011 awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Rutherford County Republican Party. Most recently she was a candidate for US Congress in Tennessee 6th Congressional District. Lou Ann is a member and supporter of numerous civic and conservative organizations.
Raymond Baker – Director
Raymond Baker was born and raised in Nashville. He has resided in Williamson Co., Tn. since the early 1970s. His background includes careers in both the healthcare field and political consulting. He retired from Baker Medical, Inc., in 1999 after years of marketing surgical instrumentation and capital equipment to hospitals. In 2002 he retired as President of Associated Consultants, a political consulting and campaign management firm. A long time activist in politics, he has served on the executive and steering committees of the Williamson County Republican Party, and was a charter member of its Chairman’s Circle. He continues to work as a general consultant on political campaigns in Middle Tennessee.
Jonna Bianco – Director
Jonna Bianco is Founder and President of American Bondholders Foundation, LLC. She serves as an Executive Committee member for the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI-Czech Republic); is a Senior Advisor for PSSI Washington D.C.; is on the Board of Directors for Conflict Securities Advisory Group, Inc.; is on the Board of Directors and the Leadership Committee for the National Defense University Foundation and is on the Board of Regents for the Center for Security Policy, Washington, D.C.
Jeff Hartline – Director
Having received his post-secondary school education in Tennessee, Jeff Hartline is a twenty-five year resident of the state. He has spent twenty years in health care consulting and practice management, twelve years in custom cabinet manufacturing and thirteen years as an adjunct faculty member in Biblical Studies at Lipscomb University. In 2010, he ran in the 5th District Republican Primary for the U.S. Congress and led Kerry Roberts’ successful 18th District Senate campaign, in addition to consulting on campaigns for the Tennessee State House and Tennessee’s 5th and 6th Congressional Districts.
Glen Hughes, CPA, CFE – Director
Glen Hughes serves on the board of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies. He is active in local politics and conservative issues. He served as Chief of Staff on a 2010 Congressional campaign, worked on key State House campaigns, and is assisting with local campaigns. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner who actually reduces government waste instead of contributing to it. He serves as President of both the Tennessee Republican Assembly and Davidson County Republican Assembly, in addition to serving as Treasurer for Act! for America Middle Tennessee, Tennessee Freedom Coalition and Westpark Homeowners Association. Glen is an avid 2nd Amendment advocate who works relentlessly to protect our right to keep and bear arms.
